Chili Eggs




Chili Eggs ~ Cathie Harris

10 eggs

½ cup flour unsifted

1tsp. baking soda

1/4 cup butter

1 pt. small curd cottage cheese

1 lb. Monterey jack cheese shredded

2  4 oz. cans diced Calif. Chilies

Beat eggs till lemon yellow.  Add flour, soda, cheeses, and blend.

Add butter and mix.

Stir in chilies

Bake at 325 for 45 minutes (or till done in center).  Serve w/fruit & croissants
