Dilly Beans


Dilly Beans

2lbs. green beans
1/4 C. salt
2 1/2 C. water
2 1/2 C. white vinegar

Bring water, salt and vinegar to boil.
  Prepare pint jars and lids for canning. 

Clean green beans, de-stem and cram into pint jars.
  Into each jar, put 1 clove garlic, 1 sprig dill, and 1/4 tsp. cayenne papper.  Fill to rim with vinegar/water mixture.  Cap and process 10 minutes in boiling water bath.
