SIX LAYER DINNER


SIX LAYER DINNER

3 or 4
 sliced potatoes (slice long way)
1 12-ounce can corn
1 medium onion, sliced
1-1/2 pound ground beef (brown and crumble)
1 cup sliced carrot (slice long way)
1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup w/can of milk (OR for a different taste use a 16-ounce can diced tomatoes)



In 3-quart casserole, layer first five ingredients and pour soup or tomatoes over all. Cover and bake in 350 degree over for 1 hour or more, until vegetables are tender.

Serves 6.
