Potato Casserole


 Potato Casserole  ~ Cathie Harris

1-2lb. bag frozen hashbrowns partially thawed

½ cup butter

1 can cream of chicken soup

½ cup chopped onion

1 pt. sour cream

1 ½ cups grated cheese

Melt butter-mix with soup onions, cream cheese – pour over partially thawed hash browns.

Melt 2T. butter – mix w/2 cups crushed corn flakes. Put over top of potato mixture.

Bake in buttered casserole 50 min. ( 45- 1 hr. depending on oven) in 350 degree oven

Do Not Cover

This may be made the night before
