Stuffed Mushroom Casserole


Stuffed Mushroom Casserole ~ Cathie Harris

Thickly slice 1 - 1 1/2 lbs large mushrooms into 9 x 13 casserole dish.

Brown 1 lb sausage.
  Season with garlic salt and pepper.
Melt 8 oz cream cheese into it.
  Add  about 1/2 cup milk to make it creamy.

Pour sausage/cheese mixture over the mushrooms and stir together.

Sprinkle with white cheese of your choice.
  (Mozzerella and Parmesan work
well)

Bake @ 350 for 20-30 min. until it looks good.
