Rhubarb Dessert


Rhubarb Dessert

This is an "about" recipe. 



Mix Rhubarb (abt. 3 cups cup up) with blueberries, or
raspberries, or strawberries.
  Add some water for juice.
Mix in 3/4c to 1c. sugar (or use Splenda)
 and some cornstarch for thickening.
Top with dry cake mix and butter pieces.
  Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or so.

Serve warm with ice cream on the side.  Yum
