Colorful Chicken Croissants


Colorful Chicken Croissants ~Cathie Harris


4 lg. croissants
2 cups cooked chicken breast cut in very small chunks
1/4 cup diced celery
1/4 cup golden raisins
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup sliced almonds - chopped up a bit
3/4 cup Miracle Whip (I add a bit of Mayo too)
1/4
 chopped red onion (more or less to taste)
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper

Combine all ingredients, except croissants.
  Mix well.  Spoon 1/2 cup into each croissant.
(this would fill at least six croissants - it makes a bunch)
